Project of Processing Soya related Products
This Project is a research Project initiated with the objective of controlling the Non Contagious Diseases including Diabetics and reducing the consumption of wheat flour and enhancing the nutritious level of the public by publicizing soya related products among the general public. These researches were conducted at the Food Research Unit of Gannoruwa which is under the purview of the Department of Agriculture and a sum of Rs. 4 million was incurred on these research activities. Initiatives have already been taken to introduce these products to the market in collaboration with the private partnership.
